- There is a $ 150.00 non-refundable payment required to reserve a property. This is subtracted from your total, leaving the balance due 30-days prior to your confirmed arrival date.The $ 150.00 non-refundable pet fee is not included on the total shown beacuse most of the homes are not pet friendly, please be sure to add $ 150.00 to the total. Pool Heating is not included, the pool heating charges are shown on the individual property. Upon check in at the local office, you will be required submit a credit card for a $ 250.00 security deposit hold - this is seperate from the pet fee. The security Deposit is held on average until 14 days after your departure. Pets Allowed: All dogs not known as mean; Pit Bulls, Rotweilers, and Dobermans are not allowed. The pet Owner will hold the homeowner, management company, and agents responsible in the event of a pet not being maintained, lost, ill, or out of control injuring any persons, other animals. The pet owner agrees to release any and all liability from the homeowner, management company, and any agents. As we do have pool service, and maintenance teams in the field on a daily basis, please contain your pet inside the property at all times. Pet Owner also agrees to keep the pet on a leash at all times while outside the home.
